Try before you buy

Every new user gets one free ad with no card required. Please use it to make sure Veryeo runs well on your device and does what you need before you buy.

What this means

• Monthly and Yearly plans: payments for the current billing period, partial periods, and time you didn't use are final.
• This includes not using the app, forgetting to cancel, or being unhappy with how a video turned out.

Cancelling

You can cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan anytime in the app: log in → tap your plan (top-right) → Manage or cancel subscription. Cancelling stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email us and we'll fix any genuine billing error.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under laws that can't be waived where you live.
