Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Veryeo (“Veryeo”, “we”, “us”). They cover the Veryeo website and the Veryeo web app (together, the “Service”). By using the app, creating a video or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Sales Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Who can use Veryeo

You must be at least 13 years old to use Veryeo. If you are under 18, you may only buy a plan with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the purchase and your use of the Service. Veryeo is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we will delete it.

1. What Veryeo is

Veryeo is a web app that turns a written prompt into a short video ad. It runs in your web browser and makes the video on your own device, using an AI writer, AI voices, music and stock footage. The AI files download to your browser the first time you use it. How fast it runs depends on your device; it works best on a computer.

2. Your license to the app

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Veryeo web app. A paid plan belongs to the account (email) that bought it and is for your own use.
• You may not resell, share, rent or sublicense the app or your plan, share your account or sign-in with others, or remove or bypass the free-ad limit or plan check.
• You may not copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to build a competing product, except where the law allows it.
• The app uses open-source components that are covered by their own licenses (see Credits).

3. Free ad

Each free account may make one free ad before buying a plan (one per person; creating extra accounts to get more free ads isn't allowed). The free ad is provided as-is, and the free offer may change or end at any time. To get the free ad you must confirm your email address with the code we send you.

Temporary access keys: we may privately give some people a free temporary access key. Keys are personal, can't be sold or shared publicly, and give access only while the key is active. We can end any key at any time without notice, and because keys are free, there's no refund or compensation when one ends.

4. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

• Monthly ($15/month) and Yearly ($119/year) plans renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Cancel anytime using the “Manage subscription” link on our website. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• If we change prices, we'll tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies only from your next billing period.
• If a payment fails, access may stop until the payment succeeds.

5. All sales are final

All sales are final, as explained in our Sales Policy. Please use your free ad to make sure Veryeo works on your device and fits your needs before you buy.

6. Your videos and prompts

• As between you and Veryeo, you own the videos you make, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, including ads and client work, subject to the rules below.
• Stock footage is provided by Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License by Pexels under the Pexels License, and photos by Unsplash under the Unsplash License (please keep the photographer credit shown under your ad). You must follow that license (for example, you may not sell the stock clips on their own or use them in a way that suggests a person shown endorses you).
• You are responsible for your prompts and for how you use your videos. Don't use Veryeo to create content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights (including trademarks, copyrights, or a person's name, voice or likeness without permission).
• Veryeo's AI writer is built with Llama 3.2, so your use must also follow the Llama Acceptable Use Policy.
• Websites in your ads: only enter a website you own or have permission to use. Veryeo takes screenshots of the website you enter so it can appear in your ad; you are responsible for having the right to use it.
• Only make ads for your own business, products or services, or for a client who has authorized you. Don't use other companies' names, logos or brands in a way that suggests they made, sponsor or endorse your ad.
• AI labels: your videos are made with AI (AI-written text, AI voices). You are responsible for following each platform's rules for labeling AI-generated or AI-edited content (for example, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube).
• You are responsible for making sure your ads follow advertising laws and platform rules (for example, that any offer, price or claim in your video is true).

6a. Complaints about content

If you believe an ad made with Veryeo infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email support.website.issue@gmail.com with your contact details, what is being infringed, and where you saw it. Because ads are made and stored on each customer's own device, Veryeo does not host or publish them, but we will review every complaint and may suspend or close accounts that misuse the Service.

7. AI output can be wrong

Veryeo's AI writes text and picks footage automatically. It can make mistakes: wrong facts, odd wording, or clips that don't match perfectly. Review every video before you post it. We don't guarantee that any video will be accurate, suitable or effective, or that it will get views, customers or sales.

8. Internet, updates and third-party services

The app needs internet to load, to download its AI files the first time, to find stock footage, and to check your plan when you open the app. Access on a Monthly or Yearly plan continues while the subscription is active and stops when it ends. It relies on third-party services (such as Stripe, Pixabay, Vercel and the hosts of the open-source AI files) that we don't control. Your browser stores the AI files; clearing your browser data removes them and they will download again. We may update the app at any time.

9. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, VERYEO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10a. Your responsibility to us (indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Veryeo and its owners from any claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the ads and content you create with the Service, the websites, names, brands or materials you use in them, or your breaking these Terms or any law.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using Veryeo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms (for example, by sharing your plan or misusing the app).

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Veryeo is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.
